Spreading the Joy

Hi Mark! It's hard to differentiate between the anonymous folk. :)
Mike Oldfield crosses the line into "cheesy awful" pretty frequently...I don't know whether it's him or his PR people. I still love much of what he does ("Amarok!") but he can make me cringe.
Note to self: must read "The Magus."

Here's my recommendation, Mike: stop trying to be a pop star, an Ibiza house convert, and a hippy-yoga-guru all at once. Retreat back behind your ego and make a new single-album song (and DON'T call it "Tubular Bells 4!") Bring back Maggie Riley. Ditch the sequencers. Don't sing.
